Charles Youngquist – Winter, WI | Painting/Drawing

Studied art, painting and figure drawing while pursuing Architecture at Iowa State University and Montana State University.  Continued painting and study throughout my adult life and was active with the Minnesota Watercolor Society.  Studied watercolor with Andy Evanson and attended “The New York Student Art League”, where I studied watercolor under Frank Wong and Niomi Cambell.  Currently continuing my Art journey as a Member of “Adventure of Painting”, exploring the nuances of Oil Painting und Scott Christensen.

I find inspiration from the bountiful beauty found in nature and seek to capture its connection to our daily human experience.
